Joe Knox - Founder, Realtor
Joe Knox has worked in Real Estate for 30+ years. As a former builder and
developer in the local area Joe assists the Knox Haschig Group in the areas of
property management, land searches, and new development. With Joe’s
experience in this area he aids clients through the permitting and approval
process whether it is a residential Title V inspection or a subdivision process. Joe
is the lead agent at the Apple Orchard Estates in Shirley and assists at the
Emerson Green in Devens and Robin Hill Estates. Joe is also involved with the
local community and is currently in his fifth term on the Board of Selectman.
Kim Knox, Realtor, Office Manager, Marketing
Kim Knox has been in Real Estate since 1999. She works as a Buyer & Listing
Specialist, handles team management, and all social media platforms. Overseeing day

Dave Haschig - Founder, Realtor
Inspired in his childhood by his father’s local real estate business, Dave always
enjoyed seeing the joy that helping a family move could bring. He was exposed
early on to the attention to detail that was required to get through a successful
transaction and learned how to troubleshoot from the very beginning. He began
referring his own friends to his Dad, until becoming a REALTOR himself in 2000!
Since then, Dave has worked towards continuing that family real estate business,

Tammy Haschig, Realtor
Having shared a home office with my real estate/appraiser husband for 7 years I was exposed to his work on a daily basis. It didn’t take long for me to gain an appreciation for the wonderful relationships he developed through his “work” in assisting countless people buy, sell, and appraise their homes. He loves what he does and given my experience and work history I knew it was a perfect fit for me as well. My 14 year career as an agent for a lecture bureau perfectly prepared me for a transition to real estate. As an agent/salesperson for a leading international lecture agency I had to negotiate contracts, balancing the needs of the "buying" client and our speakers who we represent. Successfully contracting a speaker for an event meant that both parties had to agree to and be happy with the contract terms. Great practice for real estate! Beyond contract negotiations it was also an agent's responsibility to work with marketing to educate them on how best to promote our speakers to our client base.
